Where does Paws + Purpose ship?

We currently ship everywhere in the United States and Canada.

When will my order ship?

Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed. You’ll receive a shipment notification with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

How long will shipping take within the U.S.?

Orders with Standard shipping will ship in 2-5 business days. Orders with Priority or Express shipping will ship within 1 business day. Our team ships Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Our best guidance for total order processing and shipping times are:

  • Standard: 7-10 business days
  • Priority: 3-5 business days
  • Express: 2-4 business days

We use both the US Postal Service (USPS) and UPS to ship packages.

What is your return policy?

RETURNS

We accept returns on items that are unused and unworn with all tags attached. Items that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted.

  • Returns received within 30 days of original ship date will be refunded in full, minus shipping charges
  • Returns received within 31-60 days of original ship date will receive a store credit
  • We cannot accept returns after 60 days

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for paying return and exchange shipping costs, unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item, in which case we will provide a complimentary return label.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and are processed within 5 business days of receipt of returned merchandise. You will be refunded the purchase amount and any applicable sales tax.

EXCHANGES

While we don't offer direct exchanges, you can return any new, unused item for a refund and place an order for the new item that you would like instead. 

We donate 10% for every product sold, even if it’s returned!

How do I begin the return process?

We’re sorry you didn’t love your paws + purpose product! For return instructions, please contact us at info@pawsandpurpose.com.

What if I want to return an item that falls outside of the return policy?

If you wish to return something outside of our 60-day window, please contact us directly and we will try to help in any way we can. If we can take the item back, it will be refunded in the form of a store credit.

What if my item breaks or becomes damaged?

If your item breaks or becomes damaged due to a defect, we are happy to replace it or offer a store credit. If your item becomes damaged through normal use, we are unable to take this item back.

How do I care for my Paws + Purpose product?

Dog beds: We recommend machine washing in cold water and air drying. 

Dog bandanas: All bandanas are machine washable. We recommend machine washing on the gentle cycle in cold water and air drying.

Dog leashes and collars: We recommend spot cleaning with warm soapy water and laying out to dry.

Dog toys: We recommend spot cleaning with warm water and mild soap.

Where are your products made?

We proudly designed our products in the USA and ethically manufactured in India. The factory we partnered with strives to meet the highest standards when it comes to fair wages, reasonable hours, and excellent working conditions.
